I prefer to use Image Hosting cause Image Shack became too slow...
Also there is other good one - Free Image Hosting but there is no option to make thumbnails.
After you uploadedpicture there will be opstions with codes, usually you need code for forum, if you wanna put on website, then you need html code for website.
